This article highlights the reasons why the legacy media is headed for an "extinction-level event." They have devolved into little more than public relations agencies for the drugmakers.

Great job.

You really have to be knowledgable to decipher what medication is good, and which is not good. A GP in the UK via phone appt, said he could give me paxlovid, over a week after my covid started. I refused, because I knew about possible drug interactions, as well as rebound, and also knew paxlovid was meant to be taken in the first three days of covid. Which I did mention to this GP. I have been advised for the past 16 yrs to seek help anytime I get a chest infection. Autoimmune and requires antibiotic to treat secondary bacterial infection. But this GP refused to prescribe an antibiotic because I was not vaxxed. He insisted on offering the antiviral. Medicine has become more like voodoo. Doctors trained for years and yet have absolutely no idea what they are doing.

Thank you! I've known about the rebounds since before Fauci was hit with it. But it's been awhile, and while I don't watch TV, I fix meals for my inlaws, and I hear the ads come on their tv quite often.

I'll share this posting.

Great reporting, Linda. At the FLCCC Alliance we are also skeptical of Paxlovid. https://covid19criticalcare.com/pfizer-pitches-paxlovid-with-a-catchy-rhyme/.

“stunningly effective.” How often today's hack journalists resort to "stunningly.." these days. It's practically boilerplate now and cheap hyperbole of lousy writers who need opinionated adverbs to spike their bullshit with.

The 5th Circuit opined: "FDA is not a physician," when the FDA said, "You are not a horse. You are not a cow. Stop it." What would the 9th Circuit opine about the language by the news reporter?

And how about the SEC? Are publicly-traded corporations like Pfizer allowed to commit fraud on their customers and stockholders?

When all else fails, hire an attorney.

Yes Pfizer has lost my loyalty.. they killed my mother twice… first with the vaccine… she had a pulmonary embolism and bought back by resuscitation then they slowly killed her with Eliqus which made her teeth fall out and her bones crumble and break… finally after her third vaccine she stopped breathing 11days later… Bourla.. if you are reading this( can you even read?) you better hope we never cross paths.

I had mild COVID in late 2022. Because I lacked a

certain blood test I escaped from Paxlovid. Checking

for drug interactions, I found it had 650.

Suspecting a typo might checked the Internet and

literally counted 650! Checked today and it's up to 659.

Journalism was delivered a blow when, in 1972, the dollar devaluation began in earnest, and we had our first round of money-printing-caused cost rises. Many newspaper editorial boards and investigative activities were cut, readership declined, and all the TV and other news readers that relied on them for stories started relying on press releases, instead. Technology didn't help much as the consolidated (government-constrained) broadcast networks lost market share and revenue to decentralized internet services. It took many years for the non-technical people-pleasers in Congress to catch up and start creating problems for them, as well, calling them in for public tongue-lashings and suggesting they rein in speech, or else... Then the pandemic. But the "news" has been reading off the press-releases for decades. How else can a little known former governor and candidate for president have the word "gaffe" used in every single news story and headline on one day worldwide? Government (e.g., the power to mandate) is a blunt instrument that is never well-managed for long using a political process. This is why it needs to suffer the consequences it has brought on itself, and we need to learn the lessons our forefathers knew when they decided to leave politics to the locals, and only trust the federal government with a few simple authorities/duties within heavy constraints and limits. Tip: If you write press-releases or articles that are credible and engaging, you may be able to get them printed easier than you think. Some of this is lack of resources.

Another reason I wont prescribe paxlovid as vaccinated people were not included in the clinical trials. We have no data on the efficacy of this drug in vaccinated people.

LA Times has to get their money from somewhere. They're firing all their staff, losing subscribers, and most real advertisers don't want to have anything to do with them. The pharmaceutical industry doesn't advertise to sell products. They advertise to control copy. This is the last lifeline that LAT has.
