A hospital and a court are denying ivermectin to an Ohio man fighting for his life. Says Dr. Wagshul: "To Jeffrey Smith and his family, I will keep fighting for you."

Thank you Fred for taking this challenging position that the vast majority of your fellow physicians in the U.S. are refusing to take. They prefer to protect their behind rather than consider taking a controversial position to help their patients. Shame on all of them.
What's happening to the human race is criminal, how can a dr. "do no harm" when they are prevented from saving lives? Every family who lost a loved one or was denied life saving medicine should sue the GOVERNMENT!!!!
This MUST happen. To brutalize patients, families and health care providers by sending them home sick, denying early therapeutics including Ivermectin and pharmacists refusing to fill prescriptions for Ivermectin, it feels like doctors, nurses, pharmacists and our government want people to suffer and die.
Sadly, according to fox19.com, titled "COVID-19 patient whose wife sued for ivermectin treatment dies, attorney says", "Jeffrey Smith passed away on Saturday, Sept. 25, his attorney, Jonathan Davidson of Hamilton, said."
The article does not mention any cause of death.
What is rather strange is this:
"The FDA says it is doing ‘initial research’ into ivermectin’s effectiveness against COVID-19 and adds taking the drug in large doses is dangerous and can cause serious harm."
Yet, an article linked from the above web page is titled, "FDA dispels myth about animal worm drug as COVID cure"
How could the FDA dispel a myth if they have not completed the initial research?
Thank you for fighting for what is right! My family & I r in the same situation with our beloved father. He’s in Kaiser, panorama city Ca. They refuse to treat him w the I-math protocol. We retained Mr. Lorigo in NY, but he’s got over 800 cases and we didn’t have time to waste. The only case he lost was in California. It’s a nightmare trying to find a lawyer who will work w an out of state lawyer. Complete waste of time. I’m hopeful the ivermectin cocktail will help w healing of lungs & kidneys. Any more info on this would be useful in our fight w hospital
