Doctors’ Sanctioned for Speaking Out Against Official COVID Policies

Six U.S. doctors have had their licenses suspended and 18 more threatened as they are accused of spreading misinformation about COVID-19. The action comes amidst concern that their claims are generating mistrust in officially sanctioned health measures used to combat the pandemic.
By the end of 2021, TrialSite reported that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) advised the Federation of State Medical Boards to monitor doctors behavior more closely regarding their prescriptions of early off-label treatments for COVID.
Before the December FDA to Federation of State Medical Boards (FSMB) communication, by August 2021, the FSMB issued a statement indicating that they would suspend or revoke the licenses of physicians who spread misinformation and disinformation about COVID-19 vaccines.
The statement made by the FSMB Board of Directors specifically mentioned spreading misinformation about vaccines. However, Joe Knickrehm, vice president of communications for the FSMB, said in an email to MedPage Today that the call “refers to any misinformation or disinformation that is being generated or spread by a physician, whether in a private clinical encounter or shared publicly.”

MedPage Today published an article criticizing more doctors for spreading misinformation and suggesting non-science-based treatments for COVID-19. They suggested that these doctors’ licenses should be suspended in line with the FSMB call. State medical boards handle complaints confidentially up until the point where a public discipline is issued, and to date no information is available about the status of any complaints against these doctors.
I am a retired Marine, been treated for Multiple Sclerosis since 90, returning from the Gulf, diagnosed in 91, and have been off my treatment since June, last year, when my neurologist lied regarding my treatment, the drugs prescribed, and the efficacy of the "jab", which is specifically denied for anyone who was on "monoclonal antibody infusion, Tysabri", as I was 157 months, and far beyond the "24 month" normal limits.
I've found most of my "symptoms" are in fact, adverse reactions to the multi-faceted drug approach, including two anti-depressants, never should be prescribed together, or with the other prescriptions I had.
I've got fifteen years of "interferons", and some 14 with the monoclonal antibodies, and closing on a year with nothing, not even my prescription drugs, and doing better than in more than fifteen years. The profit from my disease is now gone, and while I may "lapse" I haven't done so yet, and I don't believe it would be worse than the barely survivable life I've had two decades. Our "modern medicine" often intervenes in a way, at a point, there is no knowing efficacy, and in particular, long term effects.
I didn't get to see my parent's passing, couldn't fly two decades, and now know it was the prescriptions, causing the massive change in my health, not the disease, and I blame my doctors for not considering the very real adverse side effects that are still serious, almost a year after being off.
This statement on ivermectin is precisely as I've watched it, for years, in treatment of "viral infections" around the world as a Marine, in third world countries, and seeing it used left and right, with easily seen efficacy. Too many people are neither curious nor concerned enough to do their own research. They believe their doctors are going to take care of them. I've been disappointed in my own physician that I provided information to with regards to Ivermectin,to no avail. My eyes have been opened to the deceit, greed and unethical mechanisms of our government, medical community and 'authority' in general. I alone am responsible for the health of myself and my family. Long story short: I discovered how to obtain the drug from India for my family and others. It has proven to save the lives of numerous people in my sphere. I give a personal 'Thank you' to the people that helped bring this information to the populace at great personal expense. Your sacrifices are noted, appreciated and proven to save countless lives. How many more could have been saved if not for the greed of men. Thank you is inadequate but all I have.
