I have purchased DMSO, one to take internally and one mixed with aloe as a topical ointment but without specific instructions on how to use it. I have only used it to get rid of a pesky mole on my face that had been burned off twice and kept coming back (DMSO took care of it once and for all) and for joint pain. I have no idea how to use it otherwise. Help!

Jessica just go to your local feed store to the horse dept. Most carry a full 16 oz bottle of 99% pure in a white plastic bottle made in Tulsa Ok. Don't bother with the gel. Just remember dmso magnifies anything you put with it, hastening it to wherever you paint it. So make sure your skin is clean! No lotions or weird junk. I do not put anything on my skin (your largest organ!!!) That I would not get in my mouth. Standard procedure is use a natural bristly paintbrush, pour some in a shirt glass jar and set ut with the brush on a tray or plate. Paint the area you want to treat. Let dry or to tacky. Ignore the smell, that sulphur is doing the trick. Repeat the painting layers over and over. Dilute with water in the jar if it irritates your skin. I am tough and use it full strength. Yeah the skin outer layer dies and rubs off, big deal, you have 100 layers.

Had an acute attack of what I thought to be plantar fasciitis on my heal as I’d had it before. Could barely walk. Used 70% DMSO gel on it. Immediate relief and after a couple days of use, no pain whatsoever.
