I take a buffered vit C, helps with the digestion. A question I've not seen addressed anywhere, how is you ph, acid alkali balance? On that, have you seen any Italian physician Simoncini's work?

On calcium, I've read that magnesium helps it get back into the bones add in zinc as catalyst. Do some research on dosing. I use about 1/4 tsp a day of magnesium. Don't much bother with the zinc as my diet gives me plenty but if you're low, consider it.

Thank You. I will look up this dr simoncini you mentioned. I try to keep an alkaline body, whereas I take a few cyrstals of celtic sea salt (92 minerals) with water and or I have a pinch of hymlanian pink salt in my to go water. I do take 4 forms of Magnesium in 1 capsule (Magnesium Transporters) along with Opti-Zinc 30 .. before cancer I had 2 total disc replacement in my cervical spine, resulting in nerve damage and muscluarskeleton issues. Magnesium Spray on feet, great absorbing, at night works great too, I make my own.
