Absolutely nothing. Only those whith IVM plasma levels above 160ng/ml showed a reduction in viral load. But here's the thing...how do you know how what your IVM plasma level is if you take the triple dose? You don't have the equipment to measure such things and you don't draw blood every 3 hours to get these numbers either.
